What is my order number?

Once you've checked out, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

What do I do if I made a mistake or notice a mistake on my order?

We're unable to make changes to confirmed or fulfilled orders. Once your order is delivered, you can submit an exchange request or contact our Customer Service team for assistance.

How long will it take to get my order?

For delivery within South Africa, you can expect your order within 5 to 15 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is handed over to the courier, you'll recieve tracking details via email.

Can I pick my order?

We offer in-store pickup from our EMBEDDED store (367 Helan Joseph Str, Pretoria Central, Gauteng, South Africa) for items that are in stock at the store.

We will email you or WhatsApp your order is ready for collection. Pickups are generally ready for collection within 1 to 2 business days.

How do I know my payment is secure?

We only use trusted payment gateways that offer optimal consumer protection via data encryption, protecting your card and personal details, as well as 3D secure where applicable.

The item I want is out stock. What now?

Go to shop.embeddedclothing.com, click on the item you're looking for, look out for a "notify me when available" pop up on the right hand side of the screen.

You can also follow our social media pages for updates on new drops.

Do you ship during festive or sale periods?

Yes, but deliveries may take a little longer (5-7 business days). We'll notify you by email of any updates.

Exchanges

Can I exchange my EMB purchase online OR in-store?

Yes! You can exchange items either:

  • Online: Coming Soon.
  • in-store: at any offical EMBEDDED store.

Please note: No Exchanges for items bought on sale

How long do I have tor exchange my EMB purchase?
  • Exchanges: Within 30 days of purchase

What do I need to do an exchange?

Be sure to take along or send us a digital or physical cpy of your order confirmation along with the item/s you want to exchange in their original packaging.

Can I exchange my online order, in-store?

Yes you can! Find your nearest EMBEDDED store here.

Can I return my order for a refund?

We don't offer refunds. However you may exchange your order provided the item is:

  • Unworn, undamaged, unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Purchased from an offical EMBEDDDED store or website
Can I exchange my order?

Yes, you can exchange your online order or in-store purchase within 30 days from date of purchase.

An exchange will be granted only if the item is in its original condition and meets the below requirements:

How long does an online exchange take?
  • Gft Card refunds:Refunded to the same card within 24 hours no cash refund
  • Exchanges:Processed within 5-7 business days
What items are non-exchangeable?

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Socks and underwear
  • Pierced Jewellery
  • Swimwear
What if I'm in a hurry to do an exchange?

For the fastest exchange experience, it would be best to exchange your online order or in-store purchase, at one our EMB stores.

Do I have to pay to exchange my online order?

Yes, a R120 courier fee applies to all online exchanges.
