Shipping policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

Please allow 2 - 5 business days for order delivery, nationwide (within South Africa).

Some custom items (ex. limited drops) may take 10 - 17 business days for order delivery (with South Africa)

Door-to-door delivery is R150 or Free for orders over R1500

You will receive tracking updates via email or WA or SMS with courier updates, so that you can track your order every step of the way.

IN-STORE PICKUP

We offer in-store pickup from our EMBEDDED store (367 Helen Joseph Str, Pretoria Central, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa). The pickup option will automatically be available to you if the store has stock of the product you are viewing.

We will email you once your order is ready for collection. Pickups are generally ready for collection within 1 to 2 business days.

RETURN POLICY

EMBEDDED Team would like to ensure our customers are happy with their purchase and experience. To assist in the event a customer would like to exchange an item the below terms and conditions will be applicable.

LOCAL EXCHANGES

YOU CAN EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE. AN EXCHANGE WILL ONLY TAKE PLACE GIVEN THE ITEM FOR EXCHANGE IS IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION AS WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AND MEETS THE BELOW REQUIRMENTS:

  1. Unworn
  2. Undamaged
  3. Unwashed
  4. Original price tags attached
  5. Purchased online at shop.embeddedclothing.com

Please note the cost of shipping to exchange an item will be for the customer's account. You are also welcomed to exchange items bought online at your closest EMBEDDED store for free.

DEFECTIVE OR FAULTY

We at EMBEDDED do our best to ensure that we send items that are high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture. The following will not be considered as defective:

  1. Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
  2. Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product

On return of the item, we will assess the validity of the defect, if found to be defective we will replace it with the same item. if stock is not available we will replace it with another item of the same value when purchased or issue you with an EMBEDDED gift card for the amount paid.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modification or repairs. 
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers.

We offer a six months limited warranty on all our products, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
